Ever grab snacks when you’re not hungry? Just bored, sad, or stressed? Yeah… that’s emotional eating 😬

💭 What’s happening?

Your brain’s craving comfort, not food. Sugar + carbs = instant dopamine hit 🧠✨ But then comes guilt… and the cycle repeats.

🚩 Signs it’s emotional, not hunger: • Craving specific foods (hello chocolate 👋) • Eating super fast • Feeling regret right after • Still hungry even when you’re full

🌿 Try this instead:

🫶 Pause → ask “Am I actually hungry?” 💬 Talk to someone, walk, or write it out 🥗 Eat slowly & enjoy each bite 💚 No shame — just awareness

💫 Remember:

Food is not the enemy. But it’s not therapy either. Feed your feelings with kindness, and your body with balance 💖
