Aida is a Clinical Psychologist and Mindful Art Facilitator with over a decade of experience in international corporate and community settings. Passionate about inclusive, mindful, and creative wellness, she helps Gen Z cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and emotional balance through art-based and mindfulness-centered practices. Founder of Fluid Art & Wellness, a Lisbon-based community that blends mindful art-making, emotional hygiene, and group support, Aida is trained in Art Therapy under a psychodynamic approach and holds both a BA and an MA in Clinical Psychology. She is also certified in Psychological First Aid (mhGAP – WHO) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her practice centers Gen Z and multicultural voices, using mindful painting, collage, clay, and reflective dialogue to nurture emotional well-being in both corporate and community spaces.
