I’m Maya Ahmed 🤍 a mental health therapist and psychology researcher currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Psychology. I’ve worked with many Gen Z clients facing a wide range of challenges from anxiety, overthinking, and relationship issues to identity exploration and self-worth struggles. I’m passionate about creating a safe, warm space where my clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow. I believe therapy isn’t just about coping it’s about self-awareness, healing, and building a life that truly feels like yours🤍🙏
