Delete your account

Sign in, then use the form on this page to delete your account immediately. You can also open this page from Profile, then Security. If you cannot sign in, email us at privacy@genzapp.com.

When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal data associated with it, including:

• Profile details such as name, username, email, photo, bio, and phone number
• Login credentials and connected Google account tokens
• Trackers, diary entries, and personal space content
• Chat messages associated with your account
• Survey responses and notifications
• Marketplace cart items and saved addresses
• Community posts and replies, which we remove or anonymize

Some records may be kept when the law requires it, or when we need them to operate safely:

• Payment and invoice records needed for tax and accounting obligations
• Records needed to detect fraud, resolve disputes, or respond to a legal request
• Anonymized analytics that no longer identify you

Deletion is immediate when you confirm while signed in. After deletion, you cannot sign in or recover the account. Remaining retention of legal records is described above.
