Refund and cancellation rules are set by individual service providers and their terms. We may help route refund requests, but we do not decide provider refunds.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gen Z and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You keep ownership of content you post or upload. By posting content, you grant Gen Z a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content to operate and promote the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gen Z and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of others’ rights.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in the Service, where available.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct harms users, Gen Z, or third parties.
When access ends, your right to use the Service stops immediately. We may delete your account and data as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction’s laws to apply.
If a dispute arises relating to these Terms or the Service, you agree to contact us first to try to resolve it informally. If it cannot be resolved that way, you agree to binding arbitration or mediation as applicable in your jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Gen Z regarding the Service.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent needed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
