The Service may include third-party content. We are not responsible for that content; your use of it is at your own risk.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters. How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it to understand our practices.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service availability

We aim to run the Service reliably but do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

9.2 Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEN Z AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES (WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT), OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gen Z and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of others’ rights.

12.1 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction’s laws to apply.
