Dr. Nadine Haidar is a passionate educator, curriculum innovator, and international researcher dedicated to advancing excellence in teaching, learning, and institutional development. As a Senior Research Fellow at the European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights (EIPRHR), she leads transformative studies in education policy, leadership, and inclusive curriculum design.
Currently, Dr. Haidar is proudly collaborating with the Ministry of Education in Lebanon to train school leaders across official institutions, empowering them with strategic tools for quality assurance, emotional intelligence, and sustainable improvement. Her work bridges global accreditation standards with local priorities, fostering bilingual, emotionally resonant learning environments.
With over two decades of experience in teaching, training, and academic quality control, Dr. Haidar is known for her hands-on approach, scenario-based learning modules, and commitment to educator agency.
