Dr. Anum Sarfraz is a Clinical Psychologist and Mindfulness Meditation Therapist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She holds a PhD in Psychology from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Pakistan and an MS in Clinical Psychology from Punjab University, Pakistan where she graduated as a Gold Medalist. Trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through The Mindfulness Network, UK, her doctoral research focused on developing and evaluating an online mindfulness-based intervention to enhance stress management and psychological wellbeing among young adults.
With over five years of experience in teaching, research, and clinical practice, Dr. Sarfraz integrates evidence-based approaches—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic techniques—to support individuals in managing stress, cultivating resilience, and improving overall wellbeing.
