As someone who’s been on her own healing journey, I understand how important it is to feel safe, seen, and accepted exactly as you are. In our work, we’ll use both conversation and creative expression to explore your self, emotions, and experiences.
My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore, feel, and grow at your own pace. Healing doesn’t have to look a certain way—it just has to be yours. It’s a messy, beautiful, and deeply human process, and I’m here to just walk alongside you through it.
