I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in mental health services, including work in governmental psychiatric hospitals and humanitarian organizations. I have extensive clinical experience with adults, adolescents, children, and individuals struggling with addiction, as well as forensic psychiatric cases.
From January 2019 until August 2025, I worked with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) as a Clinical Psychologist, providing individual and group therapy for clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), relaxation and grounding techniques, and psychoeducation to promote emotional regulation and resilience.
I am skilled in crisis intervention, psychological assessment, and designing group programs focused on mental health awareness and coping skills. Throughout my career, I have been committed to offering evidence-based care and empowering individuals to achieve recovery and emotional balance.
